Justin is the Founder and President of Bennett Financial Group. As a strong proponent of committing to living by the Lifetime Financial Discipline approach, Justin prides himself on his transparency and ability to encourage financial confidence through educating his clients. Justin’s approach is a unique, highly personalized approach that is continuously developing throughout the years while actively helping clients protect and realize their long-term wealth potential. Justin empowers his clients to make the financial decisions that are in line with their expectations.

Justin has a deep commitment to his family and business and spends his time with likeminded clients and friends. Justin and his wife, Kim along with their three children, Ellie, Cooper and Allaire, reside in the state of New Jersey. You can regularly find Justin staying fit and active by traveling the county to participate in ultra-marathons and endurance events. Justin’s knowledge in finance stems from his background in Financial Economics from Moravian College.

As the Director of Investments at Bennett Financial Group, Shane brings many, successful years of experience helping clients realize their financial potential. Prior to joining Bennett Financial, Shane spent ten years as an equity market maker on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. While there, he was responsible for maintaining a fair and orderly market for a number of Fortune 500 listings and profitably trading upwards of $25 million dollar positions for his company’s dealer account. At the NYSE, Shane built and established relationships with other brokers, trading desks and his listed companies, keeping them continually informed with the dynamic market conditions.

Shane, his wife Jessica and their children, Alexandra, Ginger and Max, reside in Little Silver, NJ.

As Head of Operations, Suzanne facilitates the onboarding of new client relationships and cultivates the relationships with existing clients. Suzanne’s work ethic, discipline, and desire to go the extra mile are incredibly valuable characteristics. Our team and the clients we serve are very fortunate to have Suzanne.

Prior to joining Bennett Financial, Suzanne spent several years in the mortgage business as loan officer assistant. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys staying active by running, riding her Peloton bike, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Suzanne currently resides in Wall Township, NJ.

As the Director of Marketing, Julia creates and promotes a cohesive brand for Bennett Financial. Julia’s creativity coupled with her marketing skills allow her to capture the essence and goals of Bennett Financial. She handles all aspects of print and digital marketing/branding for the organization. Her creativity and worth ethic do not go unnoticed.

Julia is a graduate of Seton Hall University where she received a BSBA in finance with a minor in graphic design and advertising. She currently resides in Fair Haven, NJ.

As the Manager, Sue interacts with the other team members, vendors, outside partnerships and clients. Sue’s ability to connect all facets of the organization allows Bennett Financial to continue to operate with an organized and intentional approach. We're grateful for her contribution.

Sue’s optimism allows her to prioritize the balance between work, home and health. Alongside her husband, Mark, and their children Mark Jr., Andrew and Natalie, Sue and her family reside in Shrewsbury, NJ.
